Abstract:
Provided is a control device for a crane capable of simultaneously performing a hoisting motion and a traverse motion and moving a suspended load along an arbitrary trajectory to avoid a collision with an obstacle. A hoisting device for driving the hoisting mechanism by the electric motor and a traversing device for driving the traversing mechanism with the electric motor are provided, and by controlling the electric motors, the suspended load can be moved to an arbitrary movement locus. The control device comprises the following components: a trajectory generation means for generating a movement trajectory; a motor control means for controlling the rotational position and speed of the electric motors based on the movement trajectory; a load inferring unit for inferring the load of the suspended load from the state quantity of the electric motor; a speed calculating unit for calculating the maximum speed command value of the electric motor from the estimated load, the mechanical loss torque and the acceleration torque; and a trajectory generating unit for recalculating the movement trajectory based on the maximum speed command value while the crane is operating.
