This crane device is constituted by juxtaposing a plurality of running rails 1 in a parallel attitude so as to be in parallel or almost parallel in a ceiling side of a building T to make this running rail 1 support a plurality of parts of a movable type rail 2 in addition so as to guide it to freely move in a lengthwise direction of the running rail 1 to make the movable type rail 2 support a suspended lifting type crane in a suspension condition in addition so as to guide it to freely move in a lengthwise direction of the movable type rail 2, and the crane device is provided with a guide rail 8 guiding the running rail 1 freely to move in its arranged direction in the ceiling side of the building T.
