Abstract:
To provide a crane facility capable of preventing a collision between a plurality of overhead cranes.SOLUTION: A crane facility 1 of the present invention includes a first overhead crane 50a having a first control unit and a proximity sensor 65a, a second control unit, a detected unit 65b, and a second overhead crane 50b traveling on the same rail as the first overhead crane 50a, in which the proximity sensor 65a outputs a detection signal to the first control unit when the detected unit 65b is located within a predetermined distance. With the proximity sensor being thus provided to detect the distance between the overhead cranes when they reach a predetermined distance, an operator can recognize the proximity and can prevent the overhead cranes from colliding with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
