To provide a crane lifter transport trestle for safely and efficiently removing or transporting a crane lifter which hangs and transports an item (steel plate coil or the like) from a crane hook for checking, repairing, or the like.

This crane lifter transport trestle includes a lifter seat 2 and a horizontal base stand 4. The seat 2 has a seat part 22 and a backrest part 23 and is supported on the stand 4 able to tilt and move between a vertical position VP and a horizontal position HP. The bottom of a body frame 61 of the crane lifter 6 suspended by a crane hook is seated on the seat part 22 of the seat 2 fixed at the position VP and the seat 2 is tilted to be in a supine attitude roughly in parallel with the stand 4. The trestle is transported to a predetermined position for checking, repairing, or the like by an appropriate transport unit (rail car, truck, or the like) after the crane lifter is placed in the supine attitude.
