Abstract:
To provide an optimizing method for the crane operation schedule and its device to serve when vessels are transported by a plurality of cranes capable of minimizing a transport delay of vessels upon meeting restrictions on a place for placing vessels.
Vessels to be transported by cranes 40a and 40b and places where the vessels are placed (discharging pits 42a and 42b, sediment removing places 44a and 44b, impellers 46a and 46b in a devulcanizing plant 46) are generated as choices, and favorable choice(s) with good evaluation is left while choices including no possibility of optimum solution are deleted, and thereby the optimum solution is obtained.
