To provide a crane operation support system capable of continuing handling operation when display of additional information is changed, and improving the handling operation efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided an operation support system 31 of a crane 1, the system provided at an operation room 15 of the crane 1 having an operation desk 23 operated by hands of an operator of the crane 1, the system 31 comprising an image acquisition part 33 that acquires an image 14 captured by a capturing part 13 that captures an image around the crane 1, an additional information acquisition part 35 that acquires additional information 45 that supports loading operation, a display part 25 that displays the image 14 and the additional information 45, a display change foot switch 37 operated by foot of the operator of the crane 1 when information quantity of the additional information 45 displayed on the display part 25 is changed, and a control part 39 that is connected to the display change foot switch 37 and the display part 25, and changes the information quantity of the additional information 45 when the display change foot switch 37 is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
