Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact crank press having a deceleration mechanism for decelerating rotation of a servomotor to transmit it to a crank shaft and a brake for holding the crankshaft in a stopping state.SOLUTION: An inner end part of an input shaft 17 is connected to the input side of a deceleration mechanism 5 for transmitting to a crankshaft 3 by decelerating rotation of a servomotor 4, and an input gear 18 is fitted-fixed to the outer periphery of a central part in the axial direction of the input shaft 17, and a pinion gear 19 meshing with the input gear 18 is arranged in a plurality on the outside in the radial direction of the input gear 18, and the servomotor 4 is coaxially connected to the respective pinion gears 19, and a brake 7 is installed in an outer end part of the input shaft 17, so that a crank press compact in the crankshaft direction more than one having conventional deceleration mechanism and brake, is realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
