Abstract:
To provide a crank pulley device which can eliminate a problem of noise or the like at an operation even if a lubricant is not sealed in advance, and can effectively suppress an excessive increase of belt tension and an excessive variation of the belt tension which are generated when excessive torque is inputted to a crank shaft by a start or the like of an engine, in an auxiliary drive belt system.SOLUTION: In a crank pulley device 1 for transmitting rotation torque between an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 5 which are coaxially arranged at a crank shaft 211 of an engine so as to be relatively rotatable, the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 5 are connected to each other while making a clutch mechanism part 3 and a spiral spring 4 interposed therebetween, and the clutch mechanism part 3 comprises friction plates 34, 35 which are friction-engaged with the inner ring 2, and a leaf spring 32 for energizing the friction plates 34, 35. The friction plates 34, 35 are released in the friction-engagement when prescribed or larger rotation torque is applied from the inner ring 2, and have friction coefficients for sliding the inner ring 2. The spiral spring 4 is interposed between the clutch mechanism part 3 and the outer ring 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
