Abstract:
To provide a crank structure that can easily achieve a long stroke and has a simple structure, and to provide a reciprocating engine assembled with the crank structure.SOLUTION: A crank structure 10 is provided with an annular portion 15 equipped with an internal gear 15a on a base end side of a connection rod 11, and is rotatably arranged with a gear 16 engaged with the internal gear in the annular portion. A disc-shaped eccentric free rotor 17 coaxially overlapped with the gear is slidably and rotatably fitted in the annular portion. A ratio of a diameter of the gear and an inner diameter of the internal gear is 1:2, and a ratio of a diameter between a crank pin 12 journaling the gear and a crank shaft, a rotation radius of a crank arm 13, and the inner diameter of the internal gear is 1:4. Therefore, when the connection rod reciprocates, as compared with a conventional crank structure in which a crank arm makes one rotation with the same diameter as the inner diameter of the internal gear, the connection rod can a gain twice of the conventional one, and thus easily achieve a long stroke.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
