To provide a crankcase integrated balancer device capable of securing strength of a crankcase by using a passage constituting part of an oil supply passage for supplying oil to a tensioner.
This crankcase integrated balancer device includes a balancer shaft for transmitting torque via a driving chain from a crankshaft and reducing secondary vibration of an internal combustion engine by being rotatingly driven, the hydraulic tensioner for imparting tension by pressing an outer surface of the driving chain by hydraulic pressure, and a support wall 29 integrally arranged on an inner surface of one sidewall 25 of the crankcase 4 and installing the tensioner. The columnar passage constituting part 33 forming the oil supply passage 34 for supplying the hydraulic pressure in the tensioner on the inside, is integrally joined to the one sidewall and the support wall, and a large diameter one end part of an oil introducing passage formed in one sidewall side lower part of the crankcase, is crossed from the orthogonal direction with the oil supply passage.
