Abstract:
PURPOSE: To position an eccentric by rotating an eccentric rope around an axis of a crankpin to change arrangment so as to change the piston stroke.
CONSTITUTION: The piston stroke can be changed by rotating an eccentric rope 7A around an axis B of a crankpin 4 to change arrangement. When a control device 30 is moved upward, the rotating speeds of a gear 18, a gear 20 and a pair of gears 21, 23 provided on a shaft 22 are temporarily slowed down. When the track of a slider block 5 becomes large, the piston stroke is increased by the distance equal to 2x to obtain high compression. An eccentric 6 can thus be positioned.
