This crankshaft fixation and rotation device is provided in respective main bearing and articulated rod bearing supporting a rotation load applied on the crankshaft by a fixed roller. A width part of the recessed part of the main bearing and the articulated rod bearing of the crankshaft is fixed and rotated by a fixed roller and a supported roller. In this case, arrangements 10, 11, 15, 23, 24, 28, 45, 47 and 48 for applying an auxiliary external load to the crankshaft 6 are provided during fixation and rotation of a shaft part or the recessed parts 13, 14, 16.
