PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of machining a crankshaft neck part in the mounted state of a crankshaft on an engine.
SOLUTION: This movable machining device 1 is fixed to the crank arm part side face of a crankshaft 2 to economically carry out cutting, milling and grinding. The device 1 and a machining method using it realize machining within set dimensional tolerance, shape tolerance and positional tolerance in machining from the material of the crankshaft 2 and also realize specified surface roughness.
