Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of a crawler belt rubber shoe and facilitate its removal by separately forming the crawler belt rubber shoe into the connecting function of the travel side to a link and the travel driving force transmitting function.
SOLUTION: This crawler belt rubber shoe is constituted of a mandrel 1 and a rubber material vulcanized and stuck to it. Bolt insertion holes 3 are bored in the central area 2 of the mandrel 1 for fitting the travel section side to a link, ribs 5, 6 surrounding the bolt insertion holes 3 are formed, and the outer surface sides of both the right and left side areas of the mandrel 1 are formed into flat faces P. Since the crawler belt rubber shoe is separately formed into the connecting function of the travel side to the link and the travel driving force transmitting function, its life is improved, and it can be easily removed.
