Abstract:
To obtain the subject cream hard to develop roughing, fissure and the like of its texture even if thawed after storage in a frozen condition, and to provide a method for producing such cream.
This cream is obtained by whipping a cream followed by subjecting the cream thus whipped to magnetic field treatment at a magnetic field intensity of 100 mT to 10 T and then freezing the cream thus treated.
