The image creating device detects a difference between a frame image 1 in front as a standard image and a frame image 2 as an object image, and composites them to create a composite image 1. The device then detects a difference between the composite image 1 as a standard image and a frame image 3 as an object image, and composites them to create a composite image 2. The device further detects a difference between the composite image 2 as a standard image and a frame image 4 as an object image, and composites them to create a composite image 3. The still image is created by these processes.
