Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare demand data for a credit company allowing setting of a plurality of credit fees for, for example, every counter unit for one member store.
SOLUTION: Credit settlement terminal units are classified into a plurality of sets and are managed, and a table 22 in which the rate of commisson applied to credit is set is provided for every set of the credit settlement terminal units. A credit claim data preparation processing part 24 prepares a claim data file 25 to the credit company for the price paid by a credit card in set unit by totaling credit use amount of dealings detailed data collected from the credit settlement terminal units belonging to the same set and specifying the amount obtained by deducting the commission of a rate corresponding to the set from the total amount as claim amount. A credit claim data transmission processing part 26 transmits this claim data file 25 to a host computer in the credit company on line.
