The credit management system comprises a data input part 11, a data output part 14, a data storage part 12, an analytical operation part 13 and the like. The analytical operation part 13 includes a modeling analysis part 131 and a cash flow analysis part 132. The modeling analysis part 131 has the function of creating modeling data by analyzing lease fee credit data. The cash flow analysis part 132 has the function of calculating the cash flow of the credit portfolio formed by selecting the kind and content of the lease fee credit using the modeling data, and the function of calculating the cash flow of a modified credit portfolio formed by modifying the kind and content of the lease fee credit selected.
