In this credit-rating decision support system, a credit-rating server 1 is connected to a client terminal and a surrey agent terminal via a computer network, is provided with a survey-requesting means 32 for transmitting received transaction destination information to the survey agency terminal, a credit rating information generating means 34 for generating creditrating information, on the basis of the survey-rating information received from the agency terminal and a credit-rating information providing means 36 for transmitting the credit-rating information to the client terminal, updates the survey information by receiving fluctuation information from the survey agency terminal, newly generates credit-rating information and transmits the credit-rating information to the client terminal, when a part of information included in the survey information fluctuates.
