Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage tension of a cord extracted from a reel in a constant range, by automatically adjusting rotational resistance in response to a cord residual quantity.SOLUTION: A winding core 14 rotatably out-fitted to a support shaft 11, includes a reel 3 for holding a cord winding body 16 and brake means 12 for imparting rotational resistance to this reel 3. The brake means 12 comprises an installation shaft 20 installed in parallel to the support shaft 11 on the upper side of the support shaft 11, a brake sheet 21 for locking an upper end part on the installation shaft 20 and suspended downward along the reel rotational direction while contacting with an outer peripheral surface 16S of the cord winding body 16 and a weight member 22 installed in a lower end part of the brake sheet 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
