PURPOSE: To quickly pass cream such as custard cream or the like through a mesh filter by providing a mesh filter on the lower end opening part of a cylinder, and installing a piston in the cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A colander 3 is provided on the lower end opening part of a cylinder 2, and a piston 1 is installed in the cylinder 2. The piston 1 is removed from the cylinder 2, and the interior of the cylinder 2 is filled with cream. The piston 1 is put in the cylinder 2, and is pressed toward the mesh filter 3. By such pressing, the cream is passed through the mesh of the mesh filter 3, so that generation of a mass can be prevented, and the cream can be quickly passed through the colander. Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of a work for passing the cream through the colander, and furthermore the cream can be smooth and delicious.
