The crepe dough 1 is such as to be obtained by casting a crepe dough material in a recessed female part of a baking mold and then baking the material by engaging the female part of the baking mold on the projected male part of a press mold. A piece of the crepe confectionery is also provided, being such that ingredients are put on the recessed part of the crepe dough 1. Thus, the crepe dough can be easily produced, enabling its own size to be made small, as well.
