PURPOSE: To set a window setting position always at a photoelectric peak position automatically by detecting a signal peak voltage and always feeding back this detected output to the crest analyzer.
CONSTITUTION: If a signal is input to the input terminal 2 of the crest analyzer 8, the crest analyzer 8 outputs a signal only when the signal is in a window set in the crest analyzer 8. This output signal is counted by a counter 9 and a signal to execute division is sent from a comparator 10 to an arithmetic unit 15. On the other hand, the input signal to the input terminal 2 is input to a switching circuit 12 via a delay circuit 11. The switching circuit 12 is turned on by the output of the crest analyzer 8, and only when the signal is in the window, the input signal to the input terminal 2 is output from the switching circuit 12. This signal is stored in a memory 14 via an AD converter 13. The output signal of the arithmetic unit 15 is fed back to the crest analyzer 8 via a DA converter 16.
