PURPOSE: To prevent the parking without permission of an automobile its burglary in a parking garage even when a manager is absent.

CONSTITUTION: Each parking area 2 in a parking garage 1 is provided with a parking detector 5 and a card reader 6. When the borrower of the parking area 2 wants to park an automobile, his own card is read by the card reader 6 within several minutes after the automobile is parked. But, when the reading of the card is not executed within several minutes after the parking detector 5 is turned off, the occurrence of the parking without permission is informed to the owner of the parking garage. In addition, when the parking detector 5 is turned off without the reading of the card during regular parking, it is judged to be the occurrence of burglary, and a lock for a door 3A at a doorway is fastened.
