PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention illumination device with a camera such that illumination is performed by an illumination amount according to a distance to a detection object within a caution area while sufficient illuminance as a crime prevention light and the like can be obtained even in a region immediately below the device.SOLUTION: A crime prevention illumination device with a camera including: a detection sensor that detects a human body within a caution area; an illuminator 3 that lights illumination light on the basis of output from the detection sensor; a camera that picks up an image of the human body illuminated; and a device main body that houses the illuminator 3 and the camera, includes a light distribution member 12 that can distribute the illumination light at a plurality of angles. The light distribution member 12 maximizes the illumination amount of the illumination light from the illuminator 3 in a farthest region of the caution area, distributes the illumination light so as to gradually reduce the illumination amount in accordance with a distance to the human body in a near region with respect to the farthest region, and distributes the illumination light in a region immediately below the device.
