PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention device for an elevator in order to prevent damage due to the impact on the elevator door; and an elevator system.SOLUTION: A crime prevention device which is installed on the door or in the car of an elevator includes an impact detecting part, an impact degree information generating unit, an impact frequency counting part, an impact level information storage part, an impact level determining unit, and a crime prevention operation information outputting unit. The impact detecting part detects the impact applied from outside. The impact degree information generating unit generates impact degree information. The impact frequency counting part counts a series of the detected frequency of impact. The impact level information storage part stores the impact level for each combination of the impact degree information and the impact frequency. The impact level determining unit determines the impact level corresponding to impact degree information and the counted frequency generated based on stored information. The crime prevention operation information outputting unit outputs information to make the crime prevention relevant device carry out crime prevention operation corresponding to the determined impact level.
