Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcedly repel a cross bar from a die position when an abnormality is generated in the servo system giving a carrying operation to a feed bar.
SOLUTION: An interference preventing plate cam 27 having the shape overhanging to the upstream side from the lower side toward the upper side is installed to the upstream side outer wall surface orthogonal to the press line L of a slide 5. An interference preventing mechanism 28 is interposed between the feeding rack bar 18 of the feeding pinion rack mechanism 20 giving the carrying operation to the feed bar 10 and the interference preventing plate cam 27. When the abnormality is generated in the carrying operation of the feed bar 10, the feed bar 10 is pushed back to the upstream side or the down stream side with the interference preventing mechanism 28 by the descending of the interference preventing plate cam 27 accompanied by the descending of the slide 5, and the cross bar 13 is repelled to the position not interfering with the die position.
