This cross-linked fine particle-dispersed type active energy ray curing resin composition is obtained by dispersing (A) crosslinked fine particles prepared by polymerizing (a1) a radically polymerizable type ethylenically unsaturated compound such as methyl methacrylate or glycidyl methacrylate and (a2) a compound having ≥2 vinyl groups in the molecule such as divinylbenzene [with the proviso that a di(meth)acrylic ester is not contained in a2] and having ≤300% volume swelling ratio in an organic solvent (methyl ethyl ketone) in (B) a compound having at least one (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule such as trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate or epoxy acrylate.
