Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration system of rolls, by which technical drawback in deforming work is evaded and tools are easily and rapidly exchanged by improving a cross rolling machine of a form described at the beginning.
SOLUTION: A tool 6 is formed as a half shell 5 and arranged on a tool supporting body 4. The tool supporting body 3 is made so as to be coverable on the roll shaft 3 by the notch 9 for supporting body 4 which is penetrated in the axial direction in the longitudinal direction of the roll and opened on the opposite side of the tool 6 and connectable to the roll shaft 3 so that one fixed roll unit is formed.
