The central control unit 37 can easily encode a constituting condition of the control device 38 of the operation unit 23 by selecting actuation of control programs A, B, C, D... in the control device 38 of the operation unit 23 by an input keyboard 41. Therefore, the control programs A, B, C, D... corresponding to a prescribed constituting condition of the operation unit 23 can be selected at any time from the central control unit 37 by encoding of simple software of the control device 38 of the operation unit 23.
