Title:
CROSSBAR SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1140036
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the space of each switch part and miniaturize a crossbar switch as a whole by providing a twist lever that switches each contact by moving the operating protrusion based on sliding of X and Y cards and giving moving force to a moving contact of a switch.

In a base board 1, a retaining hole 1a to retain a twist lever 2 corresponding to each switch is perforated; the movement of an X and Y cards switches a switch contact 10 or the like through an operation protrusion 2a. That is, the operating protrusion 2a of the twist lever 2 directly engages with contact members 10d, 11d of the switch contact 10 or the like so as to switch the make and the break state of the contact switch 10 or the like. When the operating protrusion 2a engages with the contact members 10d, 11d, the operating protrusion 2a and the contact members 10d, 11d engage with each other by means of the interfitting of the protrusion and the recess. Thereby, the switched state (break state) of the switch contact 10 or the like can be maintained and each switch contact maintains the break state even if shock or vibration is put on it so that the switching of the make and the break state can be prevented.
