Abstract:
To suppress generation of NOX to improve fuel economy, by controlling fuel injection of a crosshead diesel engine.
In the cross-head diesel engine, a fuel injection device performs double injection dependent on an engine load. In a 75% engine load, first part of the fuel is injected at an advance angle of 10° to 35° with respect to second part of the fuel. In a maximum engine load, the advance angle of the first part becomes smaller, and the advance angle is 0° to 27° in a 100% engine load.
