Abstract:
To provide a crossing reinforcement fixation device capable of simply and efficiently fixing crossing reinforcement without requiring skilled labor using special fixation hardware enabling the crossing reinforcement to be firmly fixed.SOLUTION: In a crossing reinforcement fixation device, fixation hardware made up of an insertion groove and a pair of holding sections 110 is used for fixing crossing reinforcement 200 with one of the reinforcement inserted in the insertion groove and the other of the reinforcement held by the pair of holding sections. In a swage mechanism section which has: a receiving material 10 where the reinforcement 200 and the fixation hardware can be placed thereon; a pressing material holder 20 with a pressing material 21 which can be moved in and out by projecting force applied thereto through a cushion, arranged on the pressing material holder; and a hook-like swage member 30, the pressing material holder 20 and the hook-like swage member 30 are engaged with each other by drive force of a drive force transmission member 60 through a link mechanism. When fixing the holding section 110 by swaging the same with the pressing material 21 and the hook-like swage member 30, swaging fixation work is performed in such a manner as to push the pressing material 21 into the pressing material holder 20 with a tip face 24 of the pressing material 21 pressed by a tip of the hook-like swage member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
