PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which provides a workable pot life and good dry behavior even at a lower temperature than before.SOLUTION: There are provided a crosslinkable composition crosslinked by a Michael addition reaction in which a component having at least two activated unsaturated groups and a component having at least two acidic protons (C-H) in an activated methylene or methine group, preferably, malonate are crosslinked to each other by reaction in the presence of a base catalyst; and a crosslinkable composition which has at least 55 wt.% of a solid content (dry weight after crosslinking with respect to a total weight of the crosslinked composition), where a catalyst of a latent base is substituted carbonate salt according to formula 1: X-O-C(=O)O-R, and, preferably, is used as a crosslinking catalyst of a latent base in a composition crosslinked by a Michael addition reaction.
