Abstract:

To provide crosslinkable fine particles capable of forming a hydrophilic film which can be suitably applied to metal, especially aluminum and its alloy, excellent in hydrophilic properties, especially excellent in sustainability of the hydrophilic properties after adhesion of a contaminant, and excellent in adhesion, and to provide a hydrophilic treating agent.

Provided is the crosslinkable fine particles obtained by copolymerizing monomer components comprising (a) 30-95 mass% of a monomer represented by formula (1), (wherein, R1is H or a methyl group, R2is a CH2or C2H4), (b) 5-60 mass% of a monomer having a polyoxyalkylene chain and a polymerizable double bond, and (c) 0-50 mass% of other polymerizable monomers.
