Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methacrylate polymer molding which has excellent bendability, can be bent under heating without forming any internal strain at the bent, can give bent articles freed from cracks and breaks and having excellent impact resistance, is so excellent in mold release that it can be produced in good productivity, and has transparent appearance, clear hue and the appearance of a quality article.
SOLUTION: This molding contains an inorganic filler and has an α-dispersion peak temperature of the loss elastic modulus (E") in dynamic viscoelastic properties of 100°C or above, a peak value of the tan δ in dynamic viscoelastic properties of 0.8 or above, and the storage modulus at 160°C on the plateau in a rubbery state of 30MPa or below.
