Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin composition which contains a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin, has excellent adhesiveness with a metallic material, and provides a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film having, in a laminate with a metallic foil, a small warpage amount after an etching treatment.SOLUTION: The crosslinked cyclic olefin resin composition is obtained by metathesis polymerization of a polymerizable composition comprising (a) 100 pts.mass of a cyclic olefin monomer, (b) 0.01 to 2 pts.mass of an aliphatic carboxylic acid having at least one carbon-carbon double bond in one molecule and having 8 to 20 carbon atoms, (c) 3 to 40 pts.mass of a conjugated diene polymer cyclized product, and (d) a metathesis polymerization catalyst.
