Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film which comprises a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin and has excellent adhesiveness to a metal material and a small quantity of warpage in a laminate with a metal foil after an etching treatment.SOLUTION: The crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film is obtained by: applying on a substrate a polymerizable composition comprising 100 parts by mass of (a) a cyclic olefin monomer, 0.01 to 2 parts by mass of (b) an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 8 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least one carbon-carbon double bond in a molecule, 0.5 to 15 parts by mass of (c) a liquid rubber, and (d) a metathesis polymerization catalyst; then carrying out metathesis polymerization of the composition; and subjecting a surface of the obtained film polymer to a corona treatment.
