PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mechanical strength of a crosslinked structure for arranging a functional element.SOLUTION: The present crosslinked structure is the crosslinked structure having a functional element arrangement area for arranging a functional element, and comprises a frame body having a penetration part and an insulation film provided on one side of the frame body, and the insulation film comprises an outer peripheral area for covering one surface of the frame body, a functional element arrangement area arranged on the penetration part by separating from the outer peripheral area and a crosslinked part for supporting the functional element arrangement area by crosslinking the outer peripheral area and the functional element arrangement area on the penetration part, and the crosslinked part is provided with a reinforcement part along the first direction toward the functional element arrangement area from the outer peripheral area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
