To provide a crosslinked thermoplastic flame-retardant resin composition having suppressed deterioration in crosslinking with an organic peroxide, efficiently developing a physical property improving effect by crosslinking, remarkably reducing the adhesion to a kneader to improve the productivity, giving a molded article having suppressed stickiness, having excellent acid resistance, high flame-retardance and high rated temperature and suitable as a coating material for a halogen-free electric wire and provide its production method and molded article.
The crosslinked thermoplastic flame-retardant resin composition is produced by melting and kneading (A) 100 pts. mass of a thermoplastic resin composition composed of 5-95 mass% crystalline polyolefin having a peak top melting point of 120-150°C at the highest temperature side of a DSC melting curve and 95-5 mass% at least one kind of resin such as a resin containing hydrophilic functional group, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and a hydrogenated block copolymer, (B) 10-300 pts.mass of aluminum hydroxide and (C) 0.001-2 pts.mass of an organic peroxide having a 1-min half-life temperature of ≤165°C.
