Title:
CROSSTIE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP08058982
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a crosstie which can be used semipermanently having durability by lightening weight and facilitating handling, by forming the inside into a hollow cavity prism of an aluminum alloy, and mounting a slip lock member having elasticity in at least opposed two surfaces of the prism.

CONSTITUTION: A cross tie is formed of a prism 2 with the hollow cavity inside formed of aluminum alloy, to provide inside the prism 2 a crossed reinforcing rib 3. In both side parts of each side surface of the prism 2, a liner groove 4, extended parallelly to a lengthwise direction respectively of the prism 2, is formed to removably fit a slip lock member 5 to the prism liner groove 4. The slip lock member 5 is mounted by fitting its one protrusive part 5a into the inside of the liner groove 4, and in a mounting condition, the other protrusive part 5b is protruded from each side surface of the prism 2, to perform slip lock shock absorbing action. In a cover plate 6, a plurality of legs 7 are protrusively provided in a back surface side, and when the cover plate 6 is mounted on an end part of the prism 2, each leg 7 is brought into contact with a protrusion 8, provided in an internal surface of the prism 2, and deformed to fix movement by the restoring force.
