A crown type holder 3 is constituted by that a ring shape metal plate 7 formed in a wave shape and fixed its flat part by a rivet 8 is buried as a reinforcement material into a ring shape member 6 used a synthetic resin as a mother material. The ring shape member 6 using a synthetic resin is effective as a lubrication and temperature rise countermeasure and the metal plate 7 becomes a strength countermeasure at the misalignment time.
