The crowning molding device includes a grind stone 1 having a polishing surface 15 for polishing an outer peripheral surface of an outer wheel 100, a traversing part 20 for traversing the grind stone 1 in a direction indicated by an arrow A approximately parallel to one direction in contact with the polishing surface 15, and a vibrating part 30 for vibrating the grind stone 1 in a direction indicated by an arrow B approximately parallel to the above direction. In addition, the crowning molding device has a spindle unit 50 for turning the outer peripheral surface of the outer wheel 100 and a spindle swinging mechanism 80 for inclining a center axis of the outer wheel 100 in a direction approximately parallel to the above direction.
