PURPOSE: To obtain a film picture with a performance enough for practical use by making no correction when film size is small and correcting the linearity and brightness of only a widened outer circumferential part when the size increases.

CONSTITUTION: When a position signal is supplied at a position P, a comparator 53 generates control signals CONx, CONy, and CONz; and the amplification factors of an X-axis amplifier 30 and an Y-axis amplifier 40 are specified so that nonlinearity is corrected, and the amplification factor of an exposure control part 20 is specified so that a decrease in brightness is corrected. A picture on a CRT10 which is driven by said signals is photographed to obtain a photographed picture having the nonlinearity and brightness decrease corrected. This system makes correction as to only the outer circumferential part where the linearity and brightness decrease are large when the size of a photographic film is large to obtain the film picture with enough performance for practical use.
