To provide a crucible hanging tool which is compactly provided around a crucible and can securely hang the crucible.

A crucible hanging tool comprises a sheet body 31 which is cylindrically disposed along the outer periphery of a crucible 2, a rope 4 which is provided along one end edge 312 of the sheet body 31 which forms a lower end opening edge of the cylindrically disposed sheet body 31 and reduces the diameter of a lower end opening by pulling both ends thereof, and an engaging ring 54 for hanging which is provided to the other end edge 313 of the sheet body 31 which forms an upper end opening edge of the cylindrically disposed sheet body 31. A plurality of projection pieces 314 are formed so as to project from the one end edge 312 of the sheet 31, and a string body 4 is mounted in such a manner that tips 315 of the projection pieces 314 are continuous to one another.
