Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/remove a crucible to/from a crucible support device.SOLUTION: A trunk 4 of a crucible 2 is inserted into a crucible insertion hole 36 of a crucible support part 18. On a support surface 34 around the crucible insertion hole 36, a flange 10 formed around the upper end part of the trunk 4 of the crucible 2 contacts. On the upper surface of the crucible support part 18, formed is a guide part 28 surrounding the flange 10 and extending upward. Insertion parts 60 for the tip parts of tweezers whose upper part is opened along its thickness direction are formed in the guide part 28 so that a contact part of the tweezers, contacting the outer surface and inner surface of the flange 10, to the outer surface can be passed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
