PURPOSE: To continuously and rapidly treat crude refuse and the like from charging to recovering and to remove moisture before drying so as to minimize electric power consumption by forming a treating device for the crude refuse and the like of two vessels, upper and lower, and executing enzyme fermentation in the upper part and anaerobic bacterium fermentation and filtration in the lower part.

CONSTITUTION: A round-shaped cylindrical charge port box 1 and an outside cylinder 2 are coupled and are constituted as the upper vessel. A cylinder is fitted as a rotary fermentation vessel 3 therein,and shafts 4 are mounted at both ends and are made rotatable by handles. Crushers 6, 7 are mounted at the inside of the charge port box 1 to execute crushing and press fitting. Further, the lower filter fermentation vessel 10 is formed of a square or cylindrical box. The lowermost part is provided with a filtrate reservoir 11 which is coupled to the outside cylinder 2 in the upper part. A rotary filter 12 is installed in the coupling part of both vessels 10 and 11 and is connected via a shaft to an ultra-speed reduction motor. On the other hand, the inside of the main body is controlled to a prescribed temp. by an electric heater 22. The temp. is raised and a sterilization treatment is executed as well at the time of drying the raw materials.
