An inlet port 1 with a check valve is installed on an end part in the axial direction of a plastic container main body 4, and a crude rubber hose 2 for low pressure is installed on a proper position in the axial direction and the rectangular direction. Additionally, a plastic nozzle 3 having a specified head end shape is installed for setting on the other end part in the axial direction of the container main body 4. As the chemical is fit, the crude rubber hose 2 is bulged, pressure is applied and the chemical is circulated all over it because of low pressure.
