Title:
CRUISE INFORMATION RECORDING FACILITY RELEASED AT SHIPWRECK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005186682
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a cruise information recording facility for a ship usually equipped with a buoy type black box whose buoy structure has been difficult to be released easily from the hull going to sink and put afloat on the sea surface, capable of solving such a problem inherent in the conventional technique.

The cruise information recording facility is structured so that wireless receiving devices 2, 3, 11 able to record the cruise information upon receiving wirelessly from data transmission devices 7-10 installed at the hull of the ship are provided inside the buoy structure 1 mounted on the ship and releasable in the event of a shipwreck, wherein the electric power required in the buoy structure 1 is sent to a magnetic field type electricity receiving part 4 provided at the buoy structure from the intra-hull power supply 4 via a magnetic field type current feeding part 13. Accordingly a micro-gap is generated between the magnetic field type current feeding part 13 and the electricity receiving part 4 and no power transmission cable is required between the two, so that the buoy structure 1 can be mounted without being restrained to the hull, and it is possible to properly separate the buoy structure 1 from the hull at the time of shipwreck.
