PURPOSE: To improve particle sorting performance by providing the flow guides composed of a guide part around the inner wall of a mill casing near a particle sorting part for feeding the sorted coarse particles toward the center of a crushing part.
CONSTITUTION: The small particles produced by crushing are delivered upwardly of a mill casing by a hot air 10 which is sent up through an air throat 11 provided around a rotary table 3. The coarse and heavy particles are dropped back onto the rotary table 3 due to the gravitational effect for regrinding. The coarse particles separated by a rotary sorting machine are received by a flow guide 17, dropped onto the rotary table 3 and sent back to a crushing part consisting of a crushing roller 7 and a crushing race 6 for regrinding. The coarse particles dropping within the mill casing are controlled by the flow guide 17 without any particle detaining zone being left, thereby permitting a substantial improvement of the particle sorting efficiency.
